I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset/change it?
Remembering all the passwords we need for things nowadays is tricky, if you’ve forgotten yours don’t panic! If you still have the original welcome e-mail you can click the password set up link and reset your password that way. If you don’t have the e-mail then just click this link and you can set up a new password. Easy peasy!
If you have already switched to us then thank you! You should receive a welcome pack via e-mail within 24 hours of making the switch. Within this welcome e-mail there will be a link to set up the password for your online account.
