If you’re directly responsible for paying the bills, you’re entitled to switch to a new energy supplier at any time. The only time a landlord/estate agent can insist on using a particular energy supplier is if they are directly responsible for paying the energy bills. If you’re moving property and don’t wish to take your TOTO tariff with you please inform us as soon as possible. If you’re renting it’s helpful to get the details of your landlord or next tenant so we can address any future correspondence to them.

Yes! Simply call our customer service team and we’ll talk you through the process. The process will take up to 21 days during which time you’ll be supplied by whichever provider the last tenant was using.
